30 Days of 4-Hour Body
I’ve been following the Slow-Carb Diet from the 4-Hour Body for 30 days now. While I haven’t followed it to a T (but pretty close), I have been very pleased with the outcome.
The Results
I’ve lost 13 pounds overall and reduced my body fat percentage by 2.2% which tallies out to about 7 pounds of body fat shredded.

Less Time In Email, More Productive. Win-win.
I’m now only checking work email twice a day. Yep, that’s it. At 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. No more, no less.
